• Orders can be changed until the moment of the shipment, to do so just contact our Customer Service to make the correction.

• All orders are shipped on the same day with payment confirmation until 7pm.

• Stock errors may occur. In the event of a stock breach, the customer is contacted in order to determine the best alternative, and the order may be divided if it is convenient for both parties.

• Due to possible changes of the suppliers, the images of the product may not correspond exactly to that of the actual product, keeping the characteristics of the product constant.

• COISASUTEIS.NET declines all responsibility for any obvious errors posted on the site.

• Users of the site should not make fraudulent orders. The improper use of the site reserves the right to, in particular, cancel the registration of users, removal of orders, or other content of the user.

• Prices already include VAT at the legal rate in force and may change without notice.

• The minimum amount per order must be at least € 2.
